We have our own R&D centre, professional foundry, machining workshop and the international surface treatment painting workshop, assembly workshop, advanced mechanical equipment, as well as abundant experiences in manufacturing and designing of valves. With powerful product development and design capability, we can meet many different requirements according to every different nation standard and special demand.
Our company mainly produces various manual, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric-hydraulic control valves, control devices, as well as the integration of industrial control system, including electric actuator, pneumatic actuator & hydraulic actuator, electric-hydraulic actuator, control valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, plug valves, check valves, hydraulic control valves, balancing valves, strainers and actuators, desuperheaters and pressure reducing desuperheaters, etc. Our products are manufactured in according with API, ANSI, BS, DIN, JIS, JPI, NF and GB standards with thousands of specifications and varieties. The main materials of products includes cast iron, ductile iron, aluminium, WCB, LCB, WC6, WC9, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, CN7M, C5, C12,etc. The nominal diameters from DN25 to DN3200 (1” to 128”) and nominal pressures from PN6 to PN420 (150lb to 2500lb), and working temperatures from -196°C to 680°C. For the actuator voltage is from AC/DC 24V to 660V 50Hz or 60Hz and protective range is from IP44 to IP68. These products are widely used in water supply and drainage, drinking water, heating, petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, urban construction, landscape irrigation, gas equipment and other fields. The annual production capacity is about 7000 tons.
