Wafer Style Butterfly Valve
Description
The butterfly plate of the wafer style butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0°-90°, which can play the role of flow adjustment. When the butterfly plate rotates to 90°, the valve reaches the maximum opening. The wafer style butterfly valve is simple in structure, small in size and light in weight, and only consists of a few parts. Moreover, it can be quickly opened and closed by only rotating 90°, and the operation is simple. At the same time, the valve has good fluid control characteristics.
Structural features of wafer style butterfly valve:
① The unique design of three-way eccentricity enables frictionless transmission between the sealing surfaces and prolongs the service life of the valve.
②Elastic sealing is produced by torque.
③The ingenious wedge-shaped design enables the valve to have an automatic sealing function that becomes tighter as it closes, and the sealing surfaces are compensatory and zero-leakage.
④ Wafer style butterfly valve is small in size, light in weight, easy to operate and easy to install.
⑤ The wafer style butterfly valve can be equipped with pneumatic and electric devices according to user requirements to meet the needs of remote control and program control.
⑥The material of replacement parts can be applied to various media, and the lining can be anti-corrosion.
